Alex Briones is a Filipino REALTOR® in Calgary, Alberta, and the Team Lead of Briones Real Estate Group at Real Broker. He has been licensed since 2010 and full-time since 2011, helping Filipino families, newcomers to Canada and first-time buyers buy and sell homes across Calgary and surrounding areas, including Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Cochrane, Strathmore and High River. He works in English, Tagalog and Taglish.

Alex arrived in Calgary in August 2003 with a Computer Science degree from the Philippines. For several years his IT company served the Calgary Filipino community. Buying his own first condo sparked his interest in market research, and that became a career.

His approach is simple: give clients the data and the plain-language explanation they need to decide for themselves. Past clients have bought in Evergreen, Cranston, Silverado, Chaparral, Taradale and many other Calgary neighbourhoods.
